CCI was asked by a financial institution to combine a strategic planning session with a company-wide offsite. We examined the company's past strategic objectives along with what succeeded and failed to meet expectations. We then designed a two day highly interactive experience where every employee was given an equal voice in brainstorming and refining future company initiatives. This collaboration resulted in a three year operational plan which was understood and endorsed by every employee. Consequently, the firm exceeded its first year revenue goals by fifteen percent and was on track to increase its marketshare by twenty-five percent.
