CCI uses The Harrison Preference Profile to provide science-based information about prospective candidates that is understandable and actionable. The Harrison is unique because the reports are tailored to the specific job being filled. Hiring decisions become fact-based, rather than gut based. 

​Each candidate completes a 25 minute online questionnaire
. CCI writes an analysis of the assessment for the hiring executives. Our report highlights each candidate's strengths and weaknesses related to the exact job they are applying for. In addition, we provide detailed interview questions related to critical skills the position requires.

For instance, we were asked to help the CEO of an elevator company choose between two final candidates for a sales manager. After speaking with him about the specifics of his organization our Harrison Preference Profile report was able to zero in on the critical competencies this job required and whether or not the potential candidates aligned with these requirements. The company needed their sales manager to be better organized and accountable for his targets and budgets than his predecessor. Our Harrison report provided specific interview questions targeting these skills. The CEO was so pleased with the results, he told us, “I will never hire anyone without using your Harrison reports to guide my final selection.”
